2020 may have been the most stressful year most of us have experienced – some of us may not be aware of how stressed we are.
Join us in Lynwood Park on SUNDAY AUG 30 [due to rain] @ 10:30am for a free yoga class, a gentle morning stretch, with the theme of melting your stress away.
Experienced practitioners extol it’s many relaxing techniques – if you haven’t tried yoga, give yourself the time for something new…with us!
