The building is a City of Ottawa property but is managed by a team of volunteers from the Lynwood Village Community Association. To ensure the cost to rent is accessible to the community, renters are required to do their part in cleaning after use.

Two things that can help before your event starts

1. Take your boots off at the front door and ask your guests to likewise. The rooms and building must be returned to the way they were before use (or better, please!).

2. Take a few pictures before start your event and that way you’ll know what it should look like when you’re done.

Five things that must be done after your event.

1. Wipe down any surfaces and equipment that was used.  Cleaning supplies can be found in the men’s washroom.

2. Sweep (and mop if necessary) all floors.

3. All garbage, recycling, organics etc. must be removed from the site and taken home. There is no garbage pickup at this location. Please do not dispose of garbage in the park bins.

4. All windows and doors must be secured shut and locked. 

5. Turn off all lights when you leave.
